When you sell a car in Florida you first need to figure out how to transfer a car title in Florida. This involves performing a Florida DMV title transfer. In order to do this you must complete the title transfer section of your vehicle title. Firstly, you have to sign a specific area of the title and print your name.
The seller signature location is on the front of the Florida Title in the lower left corner where it states “Signature of Seller.”
Print your name where it states “Printed Name of Seller.”
The Florida DMV requires a title to sell a vehicle. If your title is lost, duplicate titles can be obtained from the DMV.
