Where Do I Sign a Maine Title?

Sign on the back of the title toward the upper right where it states “Seller’s Signature.”

Print your name on the back where it reads “Seller’s Hand Printed Name.”

Can I Sell a Car in Maine Without a Title?

Maine requires a title to sell a vehicle. If your title is lost, duplicate titles can be obtained from the BMV.
