Sign on the back of the title where it is marked “Signature(s) of Seller(s).”

Print your name on the back where it reads “Printed Name.”

Can I Sell a Car in New Mexico Without a Title?

New Mexico requires a title to sell a vehicle. If your title is lost, a duplicate title can be obtained from the MVD.
