Where Do I Sign an Oregon Title?

Sign on the back of the title in the center "reassignment" section where it is marked "Signature".

Print your name on the back of the title where it reads “Seller’s Printed Name.”

Can I Sell a Car in Oregon Without a Title?

Oregon requires a title to sell a vehicle. If your title is lost, a duplicate title can be obtained from the DMV.
