Where Do I Sign a Maryland Title?
Sign on the back of the title where it is marked “Signature of Seller(s).”
Print your name on the back where it says “Printed Name of Seller(s).”
Can I Sell a Car in Maryland Without a Title?
Maryland requires a title to sell a vehicle. If your title is lost, duplicate titles can be obtained from the MVA.
